What can be returned

Products can be returned only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used supplements.

Timeframe

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is a problem, and return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong item, we will replace it or refund it in full. Send us a photo through our Contact page and we will sort it out quickly.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or by bank transfer for cash on delivery orders, usually within a few business days of us receiving the returned item.
